Dhaba style of roti stuffed with potato, has a different taste, enjoy with curd or pickle.

Servings: 4 Persons


Wheat Flour (2 cups)

Potato (2nos)

Chilli Powder (1tsp)

Onion (½cup, finely chopped)

Green Chillies (1tsp, finely chopped)

Coriander leaves (2tsp, finely chopped)

Oil/Butter (4tsp)

Salt (to taste)


Prepare dough using Wheat Flour, as you do it for chapathi/roti, with salt & water.

Pressure cook Potato & peel off the skin.

In a bowl, mix Chilli powder, Salt, Potato, Onion, Green Chillies, Corriander leaves.

Stuff potato masala inside each dough, Pleat and roll in circle.

Make it a thick plate and place it in a tava. Cook on both side with oil/butter.


Dole out Yummy Aloo Paratha with Pickles or with Curd.
