Baby potatos fried crispy with flavor of garlic & spicy chilli powder.. hmmm.. yummy!!!
Servings: 4 Persons
Baby Potato (½kg)
Garlic (8cloves, crushed)
Chilli Powder (2tsp)
Curry Leaves (2 sprigs)
Salt (to taste)
Clean & boil baby potato in water, run thru cold water when cooked, peel off skins & keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, when splutters, add cooked potato and fry till crisp in low flame.
When done, add chili powder, a curry leaves and salt. Fry for a minute again.
Yummy crisp baby potato are ready for serving.
Dole out hot yummy Crispy Baby Potato Fry as a side dish for rice.
