Ladies Finger & Potato fried in a pan with less spices..
Servings: 4 Persons
Potato (Peeled & Chopped to 1inch cube size- 1cup)
Ladies Finger (chopped 1cm – 2cups)
Onion (Chopped ¼cup)
Tomato (Chopped ¼cup)
Turmeric Powder (¼tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Chilli Powder (½tsp)
Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add mustards & jeera, saute. When Mustard sputters, add onion, ladies finger, Potato & sauté in medium flame, make sure the bottom doesn’t worn out. Add oil, if required.
Add Tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, saute well. Low the flame, close with a lid, fry often, to avoid burn-outs.
Fry till Crisp.
