A delicious recipe made with excess bread, seasoned with Onion, Jeera & green chillies.
Servings: 4 Persons
Bread Slices (8 pcs)
Onion (chopped ¼cup)
Red chilly (2nos Slitted)
Curry Leaves (2 sprigs)
Turmeric Powder (¼tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Coriander Leaves (1tsp chopped)
Cut each slice of bread into 1 inch small pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, when sputters, add Jeera, red chillies, Onion, curry leaves, saute for a minute in low flame.
Add bread pieces to the pan, along with turmeric powder and less salt.
Dole out Hot yummy Fried Breads garnish coriander leaves and enjoy with Sauce.
