In India, we call this as Egg Half Boil, Bulls Eye is a version of adding 2 eggs next to  next, gives a yummy look like eyes.

Servings: 1 Person



Oil to Greece

Salt (to taste)

Optional – Pepper Powder


Heat a flat pan & grease it with oil. 

Break one Egg & lay it gently in the pan. Repeat the same to the next egg, as shown in the image.

Lower the flame. Do not turn up. 


Gently lift the eggs without breaking and keep it in a serving plate. Sprinkle Salt & Pepper if required.
