Oil (2tsp)

Onion (2 medium sized)

Garlic Cloves (6-Skin Peeled)

Red Chilli Powder (1tsp)

Salt to taste

Lemon Wedges


Heat 2tsp oil in a pan, in low flame, fry chopped onion, crushed garlic, red chili powder and salt, in low flame, till crisp & golden brown.
Slit boiled egg and stuff the above fried masala, squeeze 2-3 drops of lemon..


Dole out Yummy fried onion and garlic richness flavored egg.
