Water mixed with Curd (Yoghurt) , is buttermilk. Most of the Indians use Mud Pot for cooling the Buttermilk naturally. A healthy drink during Summer.

Servings: 4 Persons

Ingredients

Curd -½ cup

Water – 4 cups

Salt – Optional

Coriander leaves – ½ Spoon Chopped

Method

Blend water & Curd in electric Mixie or use electric blender.

Servings

Refrigerate & Serve cold. Garnish with coriander leaves.
