Chicken marinated in the sauce of indo-Chinese Spicy Tangy Sauce!!
( Do Not Use MSG )
Servings: 4 Persons
Chicken (¼kg boneless or ½kg with bone)
Onion (Chopped 1inch Square)
Green Chillies (1tsp, chopped)
Garlic (2tsp, Finely Chopped )
Spring onion (Chopped ¼cup)
Corn Flour (1cup)
Soy Sauce (1tsp)
Vinegar (½tsp- Optional) (Do not use Artificial Vinegar)
Pepper Powder (½tsp)
Sugar (1 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Oil (to deep fry)
Clean Chicken & mix Cornflour along with Salt, Fry in Oil. Keep aside.
Corn Starch: Mix 4 tsp Corn flour in 1 cup of water, keep aside.
Heat 3tsp oil in a pan, add Garlic, Green Chillies, Capsicum and fried chicken , Saute for a minute.
Add Soy Sauce, Sugar, Salt and Corn Starch.
Bring it to one Boil. Remove from Flame.
Dole out hot with Chinese Noodles or Chinese Fried Rice garnishing the Chicken Manchurian Gravy with Spring Onions.
