Green Coriander Flavor in Coconut & Fried Bengal Gram mixture, great side dish for Idly / Dosai.
Servings : 4 Persons
Coconut Grated (1 cup)
Green Chillies (3nos)
Fried Bengal Gram (1/2 cup) (Pottu Kadalai)
Mustard Seeds (1/2 tsp)
Curry Leaves (2sprigs)
Salt (to taste)
Blend chillies, coconut, fried bengal gram and salt in electric mixer.
Grind till paste. Add sufficient water.
Heat oil in a pan, fry Curry leaves and mustard for seasoning.
Dole out for Idly, Dosai.
