Sweet Corn – 2cups
All-purpose flour – ½ cup
Egg – 1 (Vegetarians can avoid egg and go with a pinch of baking powder and ½ cup of fresh cream)
Boiled Milk – 1cup (Should be cool)
Butter – to fry
Salt – to taste
Baking powder- a pinch (optional)
In a large bowl, mix egg, salt and milk, beat well.
Mix together corn and flour.
Heat pan, with butter.
Add 1 scoop of mixture to the pan.
Low the flame & flip once.
Wait until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
