Crab fried with Onion Tomato & Pepper.
Cleaned Crab (1kg)
Chopped Onions (2 cup)
Chopped Tomato (1 cup)
Ginger, Garlic, Somb (fenugreek) (crushed – 2 tsp)
Chilli power (1 tsp)
Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
Fresh Pepper (2tsp – Grounded)
Coriander leaves (1 sprig – chopped)
Curry leaves (2 sprigs)
Salt to taste
Oil – 6 tsp
Heat 3tsp oil in a Kadai/pan.
Add Ginger/Garlic/Somb and fry for few minutes, then add Onion, fry till golden brown in medium flame.
Add tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder and fry for few minutes.
Add a cup of water, salt and Crab, mix & close with a lid – in low flame.
When ready, garnish with grounded Pepper & Curry. Add Oil if required.
Dole out hot Crab Pepper Fry garnished with coriander leaves.
