French Beans finely chopped & fried in a thick pan, till crisp, Tastes yummy!!

Servings: 4 Persons

Ingredients

French Beans – 2 cups (Finely chopped)

Mustard – ¼tsp (optional)

Chenna dhal – ¼tsp (optional)

Oil – 4 tsp

Turmeric powder – a pinch

Chilli Powder – ½ tsp (or Sambar Masala or any Gun Powder of your choice)

Salt – to taste

Method

Heat oil in a thick pan, add mustard & chenna dhal, wait till mustard sputters.

Add chopped beans to the pan, in low flame.

Fry till crisp. When ready, add turmeric powder, salt & Masala of your choice.

Servings

A yummy tasty side dish for Rice & Chapathi.
