Sweet Corn – 2cups
Corn flour – ½ cup
Rice Flour – 2 tsp
Oil – to fry
Salt – to taste
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil.
Heat oil in pan.
Add a handful of mixture to the pan.
Take extra care, as the corns will splutter.
Stir often & Corn starts to float, when crisp.
Wait until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oil and drain out in kitchen towel.
Dole out hot Crispy Corn! Sprinkle chilli powder or pepper powder, if you like to.
