Bajji Mirchi (6 thin/long) (Banana Pepper/Ooty Milagai)
Garlic Cloves (1no – Crushed)
Red Chilli Powder (1tsp)
Gram Flour (1 cup) (Kadalai Maavu/Besan)
Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu
Asafoetida (1/4 tsp)
Salt – to taste
Oil – to deep fry
In a bowl, mix with Gram flour, Asafoetida, Chilli powder, Salt, Garlic Cloves with required water.
Heat oil in a pan, dip Mirchi in batter & fry. Keep aside.
Cut all these fried bajjies into 1 inch pieces. Fry again in the oil.
Dole out hot Crispy Mirchi Bajji with Coriander Chutney & garnish with chopped onions.
