Drumstick cooked with garlic & pepper, gives you a yummy flavoured side dish for rice. (Murungaikai milagu varuval)
Servings: 4 Persons
Drumstick (2nos, chopped 2 inches)
Onion (1, chopped)
Garlic (10cloves, choppped finely)
Pepper corns (2 tsl, grounded)
Salt (to taste)
Turmeric Powder (¼tsp)
Coriander leaves (1 sprig, chopped)
Curry leaves (2 sprigs)
Heat oil in a pan, fry Garlic, onion, Curry leaves.
Saute for 3-4 minutes in low flame.
Add Chopped Drumsticks and add 1/2 cup of water.
Mix well with freshly grounded/crushed Pepper powder, salt and turmeric Powder.
Cover it using lid, till cooked. (Sprinkle water, if required)
Garnish with Chopped Coriander leaves.
Dole out yummy Garlic Pepper Drumstick Fry, for rice. A perfect combo for meals.
