Use Pressure cooker and prepare this chicken gravy, Quickly.
Servings: 4 Persons
Turmeric Powder (½ tsp)
Ginger Garlic Paste (2tsp)
Onion (1cup chopped)
Tomato (1cup chopped)
Green Chillies (2tsp)
Garam Masala (½ tsp) (or any chicken/mutton Masala)
Freshly grounded Black Pepper (2 tsp)
Red chilli Powder (1 tsp)
Coriander Powder (2 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Mint leaves (2-3 sprigs)
Heat oil in pressure cooker, add green chillies, onions, ginger-garlic paste and saute.
Add tomato & chicken, and all other remaining ingredients and a cup of water.
Pressure cook for 10 minutes. When the Gravy is Ready, garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
