Servings: 4 Persons
Rice – Cooked 3 cups (Click here for recipe)
Garlic – 10 cloves – Crushed
Egg – 4 nos
Sesame Oil (nal ennai) or any oil – 6 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1tsp
Coriander Powder – 1tsp
(PS: use home made kulambu milagai thool, instead of above chilli powder & coriander powder)
Salt – to taste
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Heat 2tsp oil in a pan, prepare scramble eggs, keep aside.
Use the same pan, add remaining oil, add Curry leaves & crushed garlic, in low flame, Saute well.
Add Chilli powder, Coriander powder & salt, Saute well.
Add Rice to the pan, mix well, remove & serve hot.
Dole out yummy hot spicy garlic egg fried rice with your choice of side dish.
