Scrammed Egg with the flavor of onion & spiciness of chillies..


Servings: 4 Persons

Egg (6nos)

Onion (Chopped 1cup) or Shallots (Chopped 1cup)

Green Chillies (2nos Chopped)

Turmeric Powder (1/4 tsp)

Curry Leaves (2 sprigs)

Oil (4tsp)

Salt (to taste)


Heat oil in a pan.

Fry Onion & Green Chillies for few minutes.

Crack & add eggs, salt & add turmeric powder, fry in medium flame, till golden yellow or crisp.


Garnish with Curry Leaves & Dole out hot with Chapathi or with Rice.
