French fries are served hot, either soft or crispy, and generally eaten as part of lunch or dinner, or on their own as a snack, and they commonly appear on the menus of fast food restaurants.

Servings: 4 Persons


Potato (3 big, clean & peel skins)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to sprinkle)

Oil for frying


Cut ¼ inch thickness, long as shown in the image, make sure they are all about the same thickness. Wash & drain.

Heat oil in a pan, Cook the potato slices in the oil until they are golden brown & crisp.


Sprinkle salt & pepper. Dole out hot French fries with ketchup, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce.
