Fresh Water Fish marinated in Chilli Powder & fried in flat pan or deep fried.

 Servings: 4 Persons

Ingredients

Cleaned Fish (1kg)

Chilli power (3tsp)

Garam Masala Powder  (½tsp)

Garlic (2nos, grinded)

Lemon Juice (1tsp)

Salt to taste

Oil (to fry)

Method

Mix Fish, Chilli powder, Garam Masala, Garlic, Lemon Juice & Salt. Sprinkle water if required.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry fish in the hot pan, both sides, in medium flame, till crisp.

Servings

Dole out hot Fish fry.
