Lobster cooked in Spicy Indian flavours, tastes yummy!!

 Servings: 1 Person


Lobster (2nos)
Onion (2nos – Chopped)
Tomato (2nos – Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Crushed (2tsp)
Turmeric Powder (½tsp)
Chilly Powder (1tsp)
Coriander Powder (1tsp)
Pepper Powder (1tsp)
Somb Crushed (½tsp)
Coriander leaves (4sprigs)
Curry leaves (2sprigs)
Salt (to taste)
Oil (½ cup)


Lobster will cook in 5 minutes. If its frozen, make sure it is in room temperature. Clean lobster properly.

In a thick bottomed pan, heat oil, crushed ginger garlic, and Onion. Stir till onion becomes golden brown color, in low flame.

Add Curry leaves, lobster, tomatoes, all masala powder and stir for a while.

Now add 1cup of water, coriander leaves and salt (if required, for taste). Mix Well for 10 minutes in medium flame.
