Garlic Veg Chinese Sauce

Mix Veg marinated in the sauce of  indo-Chinese Spicy Garlic Tangy Sauce!!

( Do Not Use MSG ) 

Servings: 4 Persons


Mix Veg (2cups) (Carrot, Beans, Broccoli, Zucchini, Capsicum)

Green Chillies (1tsp, chopped)

Garlic (2tsp, Finely Chopped )

Spring onion (Chopped ¼cup)

Corn Flour (4tsp)

Soy Sauce (1tsp)

Vinegar (½tsp- Optional) (Do not use Artificial Vinegar)

Pepper Powder (½tsp)

Sugar (1 tsp)

Salt (to taste)

Oil (3 tsp)


Corn Starch: Mix Corn flour in 1 cup of water, keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add Garlic, Green Chillies, Capsicum and Mix Veg, Saute for a minute.

Add Soy Sauce, Sugar, Salt and Corn Starch.

Bring it to one Boil. Remove from Flame.


Dole out hot with Chinese Noodles or Chinese Fried Rice garnishing the Garlic Veg Sauce with Spring Onions.
