Fish coated with Rava (Sooji) and fried..

Servings: 4 Persons


Fish – 4 pieces

Chilli Powder – 2 tsp

Lemon juice – 2tsp (Optional)

Salt – to taste

Sooji – for coating

Oil – for frying


Clean fish & marinate with the mixture of lemon, salt & chilli powder.

Keep  aside for a hour.

Heat 8 spoons of oil in a thick flat pan, In medium flame.

Dip the marinated fish coating both sides with Sooji (Rava).

Fry both sides. If required, add more oil.
