Grilled Eggplant Cheese

A yummy recipe Grilled in oven with brinjal and with Cheddar Cheese, an uncomplicated Continental dish.

Servings: 4 Persons


Brinjal (Chopped to 1inch cube size- 2cups)

Onion (Chopped big ¼cup)

Tomato (1no. Sliced)

Salt to taste

Butter to Grease the pan

Cheddar Cheese (shredded 3 cups)


Use Oven Pan or baking glass, grease it with butter.

Spread the brinjals, sprinkle salt.

Spread onions over the brinjal.

Top with half of the shredded cheese.

Cover and bake in 350° for a hour.

Remove the cover and top it with remaining cheese, and tomato over it.

Bake another 10 minutes.
