Try this yummy French Fries Sauteed in honey & Chilli Tomato Garlic sauce and you’ll never head to those food courts again!

Servings: 4 Persons


Potato (3 big, clean & peel skins)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to sprinkle)

Oil for frying

Corn Flour (5tsp)

Honey (2tsp)

Tomato Chilli Garlic Sauce (2tsp)

Sesame Seeds (2 tsp)

Spring Onions (Chopped-¼cup)


Cut ¼ inch thickness, long as shown in the image, make sure they are all about the same thickness. Wash & drain.

In a bowl, mix Water, Corn Flour, a bit of salt & potatoes.

Heat oil in a pan, Cook the potatoes in the oil until they are golden brown & crisp. Keep aside.

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add honey & Sauce, Saute, add fried potato Fries, Mix well in medium flame.


Dole out hot Honey Chilli Potato, garnished with Spring onions.
