Spicy Tangy Chutney for Idly & Dosai.. A mixture of raw Onion, Tomato, Garlic & Red Chillies..

Ingredients

 

 

Onion (1no.)

Tomato (2nos)

Garlic (10 Cloves )

Red Chilly (8nos)

Salt to taste

Mustard (1tsp)

Sessame Oil (4tsp)

Curry Leaves (a sprig)

Method

Grind raw Onion, Tomato with Garlic Cloves, Red Chilly and salt, keep aside.

Heat gingerly oil in a pan, add mustard, curry leaves, wait till mustard splutters, add the grinded mix in low flame, mix till the raw smell goes off.
