Puffed Rice with the flavor Garlic & Red chilli, a yummy Snack.
Serving: 4 Persons
Puffed Rice (4 cups)
Garlic (5 Cloves Crushed)
Red Chilly (2nos)
Chilli Powder (1tsp)
Turmeric Powder (½ tsp)
Salt to taste
Jeera (½ tsp)
Curry Leaves (a sprig)
Heat oil in a deep pan, add mustard, wait till mustard sputters, add garlic, red chillies, jeera & curry leaves, in low flame.
Add Puffed Rice, salt (Puffed rice is salted, so add less salt), chilli Powder, turmeric Powder.
Saute for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
