A yummy lamb recipe, Kidney Pepper Fry. A yummy side-dish for rice.
Servings: 4 Persons
Lamb/Goat Kidney – ¼kg (cleaned & chopped)
Onion – 4big (chopped small)
Tomato – 1 (chopped small)
Pepper – 3tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2tsp
Jeera – ½tsp
Cloves – 2nos
Cinnamon – 2nos Small
Oil – 5tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼tsp
Mint leaves – 4sprigs (chopped)
Coriander leaves – 2sprigs (chopped)
Curry leaves – 2sprigs
Green chilli -1 (chopped)
Dry roast jeera & pepper, grind it to powder, keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste, saute well.
Add onions, saute in medium flame, till golden brown.
Add tomatoes, lamb kidney, turmeric powder, salt, pepper jeera powder, mint leaves & little water.
Close with a lid & Reduce the flame to low. Saute often, add oil if required.
When the kidney is cooked, add coriander leaves, curry leaves & green chilly, saute once, remove from flame.
Dole out yummy hot spicy pepper flavored Kidney Masala, a yummy side-dish for meals.
