A yummy starter / snack in N.India; there are many versions available, this masala  papad is topped with onion & tomatoes.

Servings: 4 Persons


Papad – 4nos

Onion – 1 no – finely chopped

Tomato – 1 no – finely chopped

Green Chilly – 1 no – finely chopped

Coriander leaves – 1 sprig – finely chopped

Optional: (to sprinkle)

– Chaat Masala

– Chilli powder

– Mango Powder (aamchur powder)

– Lemon Juice


Roast papad in fire or in electric burner or in Oven (or) fry in oil.

Mix all the above ingredients in a  bowl.


Dole out yummy Masala Papads, topping it with the above mixture, as shown in the above Image.
