Spicy Tangy Buttermilk with a mixture of green chillies, garlic and jeera, gives you a tangy yummy flavor gravy for rice.

Serving: 4 Persons




Curd (2cups)
Green Chillies (4nos)
Garlic (8cloves, peeled)
Jeera (1tsp)
Coconut (Grated ¼cup)
Asafoetida (¼tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Oil (2tsp)
Mustard Seeds (¼tsp)
Onion (¼cup, chopped)


Grind coconut, chillies with Garlic & Jeera. Mix it up with Curd, a pinch of Asafoetida and salt.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a Pan, add mustard seeds, chopped onion and fry till mustard sputter.
Add curd mixture and wait till it boils, 
add corriander leaves.
