A traditional Bonda prepared using urad dal with spicy Pepper corns & chopped coconut, a famous South Indian snack.
Servings: 4 Persons
Soak dal in water for 1-2 hours.
Drain from water. Grind using Electric Mixer to a smooth paste.
Mix rest of the ingredients. (except oil)
Heat oil in a Pan.
With moist hands, take a ball of batter & fry in oil.
Deep fry in moderately hot oil till golden brown.
