Small Cubes of Paneer in a mixture of Corn flour, deep fried in Oil, tastes Yummy – a great Snack.

Servings: 4 Persons


Paneer (Sliced 2inch x ¾inch – 2 cups)

Garlic Cloves (4nos – Crushed)

Corn Flour (½ cup) (or Maida Flour)

Chilli Powder (½tsp)

Garam masala (¼tsp)

Black Salt – to taste (or salt)

Oil – to deep fry


In a bowl mix all ingredients, except oil. Sprinkle water, as required.

Heat oil in a pan, when ready, reduce to medium flame.

Deep fry paneer in oil, Turn often, wait till golden brown or crisp.
