Small Cubes of Paneer in a mixture of Corn flour, deep fried in Oil, tastes Yummy – a great Snack.
Servings: 4 Persons
Paneer (Sliced 2inch x ¾inch – 2 cups)
Garlic Cloves (4nos – Chopped Small)
Fresh Ginger (1 inch cube, Chopped Small)
Green Chillies (2-Finely Chopped Small)
Corn Flour (1½ cup) (or Gram flour/Kadalai Maavu)
Curry Leaves (2 sprigs)
Coriander Leaves (2 sprigs- Chopped)
Salt – to taste
Oil – to deep fry
In a bowl mix Paneer, leaves, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies & Salt.
Heat oil in a pan, when ready, bring to medium flame.
Now mix the corn flour to the above mix, with very less water. If you feel water is required, just sprinkle.
Deep fry paneer in oil, Turn often, wait till golden brown or crisp
