 Fried Peanuts grinded as paste with Green Chillies & Garlic.


Servings: 4 Persons

Fried Peanuts (1cup)

Garlic (Peeled 8 cloves)

Green Chillies (3nos)

Salt (to taste)


Grind peanuts, garlic, Chillies and salt in a Electric blender.


Garnish: Heat oil in a pan, add urud dhal, mustard, wait till sputter and add a pinch of Asafoetida (hing)

Dole out with Dosai / Idly / Rice.
