Peas, Cauliflower & Potato fried in a pan with yummy spices.
Servings: 4 Persons
Potato (Peeled & Chopped to 2inch cube size- 1cup)
Cauliflower (Split florets 1cm – 2cups)
Fresh Peas (½cup) (or dry green peas soaked overnight)
Onion (Chopped ¼cup)
Tomato (Chopped ¼cup)
Turmeric Powder (¼tsp)
Somb (¼tsp) (Fenugreek)
Salt (to taste)
Ginger Garlic Paste (1tsp)
Garam Masala (½tsp)
Chilli Powder (1tsp)
Coriander leaves (chopped 1tsp)
Mint leaves (chopped 1tsp)
Boil potato & keep aside.
If you’re using dry peas, boil it along with Potato.
Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add somb, onion, cauliflower & sauté in medium flame, make sure the bottom doesn’t worn out. Sprinkle water, if required. Cover it with lid and let the flowers be cooked.
Add cooked peas, potato, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, saute well. Low the flame, add oil if required, Saute often to avoid burn-outs.
Fry till Crisp. Garnish with Coriander leaves & mint leaves.
