A daily use pizza dough, enjoy Pizza with the home made dough.
Servings: 4 Persons
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2cups
Luke warm water – 1cup
Salt – to taste
Sugar – ½tsp
Instant Yeast – 2pinches
Oil – 1tsp
Take a large bowl, pour half cup water, add yeast & dissolve it. Wait for 10 minutes until Yeast foams.
Mix the remaining ingredients along with the yeast water & mix it properly.
Keep it aside for 30 minutes, covering it with a wet cloth.
Take dough of your required size. Spread the dough using a roller or knead dough using your hand.
Use fork to make small aeration holes in the pizza base, as seen in the above Foto.
Pizza base dough is now ready to use.
