A yummy snack all over the world.. Pop the corn, in a simple easy way.
Servings: 4 Persons
Maize seeds – 1 cup (available in local grocery shop)
Butter or oil – ¼cup
Salt – to taste (if salted butter, skip adding salt)
Heat 1tsp butter in a thick bottomed pan, add a pinch of salt & 2tsp corn seeds, in high flame.
Close it with a lid, when pops out, bring the fire to low. Shake the vessel, often.
When popping sound stops, open lid and serve it in bowl.
Repeat this till all corn is over.
Store in a airtight container.
