Ragi is called as Finger Millet in English. In tamil, its also called as kezhvaragu or keppai. It has a good nutritional value.

Servings: 4 Persons

Ingredients

Ragi Flour (4cups)

Drumstick Leaves (1cup)

Onion (Chopped 1cup)

Green Chillies (2nos. chopped)

Garlic (4nos. crushed)

Salt (to taste)

Oil (to toast)

Method

Mix all the above ingredients (except oil) with water like roti/chapathi batter.

Ball them to a small orange sze.

Heat a flat pan, wipe it with oil, flatten the ball to a thick roti type of.

Fry both sides with oil, repeat till cooked.

Servings

Dole out hot yummy Ragi adai, tastes good with Curd or Pickles.
