The mixture of roasted Pepper, Jeera, Dhal, Dhania gives you a yummy flavor with the spicy taste of Red chillies, a yummy Rasam, from TamilNadu.


Thoor Dhal (¼ cup) (Thuvaram Parupu)

Blach Whole Pepper (¼ cup)

Jeera (¼ cup)

Red Chillies (1 cup)

Dhaniya Seeds (¼ cup) (Coriander Seeds)


Dry fry each ingredients in a thick bottomed pan, in low flame, one by one separately.

When ready, Cool them off.

Grind the above ingredients in Electric Mixie and store in a air tight container.
