Sabhudhana / Javvarisi is a ready to cook food product of Tapioca / Cassava / Maravalli Kilangu.  A yummy Vada prepared with boiled & Smashed Potato and Sabhudhana, deep fried in Oil.

Servings: 4 Persons

Ingredients

Potato (Boiled & smashed – 2 cups)

Sabhudhana / Javvarisi (1cup) ( soaked overnight)

Jeera (1tsp)

Onion (Chopped ½cup)

Green Chillies (1tsp Finely Chopped )

Coriander leaves (chopped 1tsp)

Salt (to taste)

Oil (for deep frying)

Method

Mix Potato, Sabhudana, salt, Jeera, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves, in a bowl.

Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan. 

Roll the mixture into small lemon size balls, and keep ready, for frying.

When the oil is heated, take each balls, flat them using both hands, drop them in the hot oil, slowly.

Continue this & Fry till Crisp.

Servings

Dole out hot with Green Chutney or with tomato chilli Sauce.
