Egg scrambled with mild spices of chilli powder, a yummy snack / side-dish for rice / chapathi / poori.

Servings: 4 Persons


Egg (6nos)

Turmeric Powder (¼tsp)

Home-made chilli powder – 1tsp (or chilli powder-½tsp + coriander powder-½tsp)

Oil (4tsp)

Salt (to taste)


Heat oil in a pan.

Crack & add eggs, salt, turmeric powder & add chilli powder; fry in medium flame, till golden yellow or crisp.


Dole out hot yummy Scrambled Eggs with Poori / Chapathi or with Rice.
