Yummy Poridge made Vermicili & Milk – an anytime delight..

Servings: 4 Persons

Ingredients

Vermicili (1cup)(Semiya)

Sugar (½ cup) (or Condensed Milk 100ml)

Milk (1 lr)

Cardamom (3nos. crushed)

Ghee (4tsp)

Raisins (2tsp)

Grated flakes of Pista, Badam, Cashew (3tsp)

Method

Roast Vermicili, if not roasted.

Use a deep pan, heat ghee, add raisins & cardamom, in low flame.

Pour milk & heat milk, when it boils, add vermicili and sugar.

Stir often, and cook for another 10 minutes.

When ready, remove from flame, transfer to the serving bowl, Garnish it with flakes of Pista, Badam & Cashew.

Servings

Dole out hot or cold, a yummy semiya Payasam.
