Puffed rice mixed with fresh chopped onion & lemon, a yummy snack available in TamilNadu on street side.

Servings: 4 Persons


Puffed Rice – 3 cups

Onion – 1 chopped finely

Coriander leaves – 1 sprig, chopped finely

Lemon – 1no, extarct juice

Chilli powder – ½tsp

salt – to taste

Spicy Mixture – 1 cup


Mix all the above ingredients in a big bowl.


Dole out yummy Masala Pori.

(PS:Mix the above ingredients, only when your family/friends are around, else, the Puffed rice will become soft & will not taste good)
