Sprouting  are a prominent ingredient of the raw food diet, contains the most enzyme-rich (proteins and minerals) food on the earth, also a good source of vitamin-B. You can sprout any whole gram: green gram, horse gram, chick peas and black gram needs little effort and time. After soaking it is tied in a clean thin aeration cloth. Water is sprayed, till germination.

Servings: 4 Persons

Ingredients

Mix Sprouts – 2 cups

Oinion – ½cup Chopped

Mustard – ¼tsp

Urad Dal – ½tsp

Red dry clilly – 2 nos

Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

Salt – taste

Oil – ½tsp

(Optional – ½ lemon or ½cup grated coconut)

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard & Urad dal, when mustard sputters, add red chilly & curry leaves. Saute well.

Add sprouts, salt & mix well.

(If you have grated coconut, ad to the pan, saute once)

(if you like the taste of lemon, squeeze lemon, sprinkle black pepper & mix well)
