Fish Steamed with Chilli Garlic & salt in Oven, gives you a pleasant taste.

Servings: 4 Persons
Chef.Gulam (Kakira Restaurant, Uganda)


Fish (Skins & bones removed ½kg)

Green Chillies (1tsp, chopped)

Garlic (1tsp, Finely Chopped )

Coriander Leaves (1tsp, Finely Chopped )

Salt (to taste)

Foil Paper or baking bowl with lid


Heat Oven for 5 minutes.

Clean & place fish in the baking bowl, Sprinkle Salt, Coriander leaves, Green chillies & Garlic.

Cover it with lid or with Foil paper.

Place the baking bowl in Oven, cook for 10 minutes.


Dole out hot yummy Steamed Juicy Fish.
