Boneless Fish marinated in Soy Sauce & chilli Powder, fried in flat pan.

 Servings: 4 Persons


Boneless fillets of Fish (½kg)

Chilli power (2tsp)

Soy Sauce (3tsp)

Tomato Garlic Sauce (2tsp)

Salt to taste

Oil (to fry)


Mix Fish with all the ingredients. Sprinkle water if required.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry fish in the hot pan, both sides, in medium flame, till cooked.
