Tilapia are mainly freshwater fish inhabiting shallow streams, ponds, rivers and lakes and less commonly found living in brackish water. Tilapia are low in saturated fat, calories, carbohydrates and sodium, and are a good protein source.

Fresh Cleaned Big Tilapia Fish (1no) (or any other Fish)
Pepper power (1tsp)
Turmeric Powder (¼tsp)
Salt to taste
Oil (to deep fry)
Marinate Fish with Pepper powder, Turmeric powder & salt. Sprinkle water if required.
Heat oil in a flat pan.
Fry fish both sides, in medium flame, till crisp.
Dole out hot yummy Fish fry.
