Spicy Tangy Chutney for Idly & Dosai.. A mixture of raw tomato, garlic & red chillies..

Serving: 4 Persons




Tomato (4)

Garlic Cloves (10)

Red Chilly (8nos)

Salt to taste

Mustard (1tsp)

Sessame Oil (4tsp)

Curry Leaves (a sprig)


 Grind raw tomato with Garlic cloves, red chili and salt, keep then aside.

Heat gingerly oil in a pan, add mustard, curry leaves, wait till mustard splutters, add the grinded mix in low flame, mix till the raw smell goes off.


Dole out Yummy HOT SPICY TANGY Red Chutney with Idly & Dosai.
