A Simple, Easy, Healthy, Yummy: Clear Veg Soup.
Servings: 4 Persons
Carrot – 1 finely chopped
French Beans – 5 nos. Finely Chopped
Cabbage – finely shredded – 1cup
Coriander leaves – 1 sprig, chopped
Ginger – ½inch cube, crushed
Garlic – 2cloves, crushed
Corn flour – 2tsp
Black Pepper – 1tsp (ground to powder, do not use ready made pepper powder)
Salt – to taste
Butter – 2tsp
Boil 4 cups of water in a Pan, add Carrot, French Beans, Chopped Cabbage, crushed ginger & garlic, freshly grounded pepper and salt to taste.
Mix 2 tsp of corn flour in a bowl and mix it in the soup.
Bring to a boil.
Pour Soup in a bowl, add finely chopped cabbage, coriander leaves and top it with a cube of butter.
