Vegetables (use your choice of vegetables) prepared with the flavours of grinded cashew, yummy yum for Chapathi / Naan / Roti.

Servings: 4 Persons


Cashew – 1cup

Carrot – 1, chopped small

Sweet corn – ¼cup

Mushroom – chopped, ¼cup

Onion – ¼cup, chopped

Fresh Peas – ¼cup

French beans – chopped ¼cup

Cauliflower – ¼cup

Ginger Garlic Paste – ½tsp

Butter / Ghee – 2 tsp

Green Chilli – 1no, slitted

Cloves – 1no.

Cinnamon – 1no.

Cardamom – 3 nos.


Soak cashew in water for 1 hour. Grind to paste, keep aside.

Heat Butter / Ghee in a deep pan, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, green chilli & onion, Saute well in medium flame.

Add the vegetables to the pan, add 2 cups of water, salt & close it with lid.

Vegetables will be cooked in 5 minutes. Add the cashew paste, mix well.

Cook for another 5 minutes.


Dole out yummy Mix Veg Curry / Korma, tastes yummy with Chapathi, Naan or Roti.
